How can I apply for an NUS card?

You can arrange for an National Unions of Students (NUS) card from TOTUM, which is the only student discount, proof of age ID and campus life card and platform recommended by the National Unions of Students https://www.totum.com/ https://www.nus.org.uk/.

I don’t know my timetable / group?

I have been asked to come to a right to study appointment what is this?

If you need a  visa  to study with us, we will arrange a Right to Study appointment to verify your  visa and immigration documents  in-person. This also applies if your visa documents have changed. We are asked to do this by  UK Visas and Immigration  (UKVI).

I need to collect my ID card

ID cards are usually collected from the student contact desks. If you have been studying online and now need to collect your ID card please contact the student contact desk at your college. I cannot attend my course today what do I do?

If you cannot attend your course please get in touch with your course team. Look at your course moodle site for information on how to contact your course team to let them know you’re not able to attend.

I need a letter to open a bank account

You can get a letter confirming you are a student in the student portal. Once your enrolment is confirmed log in and go to myEnrolments then my Study Details.
