You can get a letter confirming you are a student in the student portal. Once your enrolment is confirmed log in and go to myEnrolments then my Study Details. Do I need to pay council tax?
As a student you may be exempt from council tax and can get a letter from UAL. You can make changes to your term time address, email and mobile number in the student portal. Head to my Enrolment(s), my Study Details and amend using the buttons to the right of your personal details.

Can I get travel discounts as a student?
It is possible to get discounted travel through Transport for London (TfL) as a student. Details and eligibility can be found on the TfL website. This also has details of how to apply. Train companies can also offer discounted student travel and you should check the train company websites.
