ID cards are usually collected from the student contact desks.
If you have been studying online and now need to collect your ID card please contact the student contact desk at your college.

You will need to provide your student ID number, please bring this along.
Lost cards – If you have lost your ID card and require a replacement, please order one from the e-store. You can order this from catalogue/ccw/student-id-cards.
Once you have purchased this please go to the student contact desk in your college. Opening times for the student contact desk are 9.30 – 4.30pm Monday to Friday during term time.
You will need to show a receipt for your ID card. The staff will provide you with a new student ID card. If your card has been stolen, you will need to let the student contact desk in your college know. Please quote your student ID number during all communications.
